We also offer elegant glass bottles for drinking water, filled with Saint Lucia’s abundant and delicious rainforest spring water
• Rainwater catchment used for in-house laundry operations
• Collaboration with responsible tourism partners such as Wayaj, which provides sustainability ratings and carbon footprint assessments
• Support for local suppliers, drawing on Saint Lucia’s rich volcanic soil and farming heritage. Our menus feature island-grown ingredients and Caribbean coffee wherever possible
