St. Lucia is well known as being one of the most beautiful and diverse islands in the Caribbean and Cap Maison is located in one of the most desirable areas.
Its lush topography, incredible views, year-round sunshine and warm weather offers a tantalising mix that always leave visitors wanting more. Many tropical adventures are to be had not too far afield in the stunning rainforest and Piton area of the South. All of which means you can be as relaxed or as active, as private or as glamorous as you like in your St. Lucian property.
Why St Lucia
In addition to its astounding beauty, St. Lucia offers easy access with regular direct flights from the US, UK and Canada. Complemented by a lower cost of living, the rule of law (as an ex British colony) and with English as the main language, it is a relatively easy destination to invest into. It is also politically stable with friendly, engaging and humorous locals. Not to mention various tax advantages including no inheritance or capital gains taxes.
