Natural Rock Pool
Get your romance on the rocks. Immerse yourself in a natural pool that fills with ocean water as the waves surge to the base of the cliff, all while you enjoy a cocktail. You can also have your preferred bottle chilled and waiting for you in an all-natural “ice bucket” nearby.
Rock Maison
Located below the award-winning Cliff at Cap restaurant, experience the ultimate romantic escape on Rock Maison. The wooden deck, built on a rocky outcropping, is surrounded on three sides by the sea surging over the reefs. Bottles of wine and champagne travel down a zipline to the deck below for a fun and romantic twist. This is the ideal place for sunset drinks, private dining and special events such as weddings or anniversaries.
Cellar Maison
Our onsite wine cellar boasts more than 2,000 bottles, including rare champagnes, Grand Cru Bordeaux, fine Burgundies and more to get your tastebuds flowing on the Caribbean’s most romantic island. Tastings tempt the palate with flights of unique wines paired with an assortment of amuse-bouche guided by our sommelier. Just ask, and he’ll revive a tradition dating back from the Napoleonic wars and sabre your bottle of fine fizz. Cellar Maison doubles as a private dining room and can welcome up to 12 guests.
