Cap Maison Wins Caribbean Hotel Chef of the Year 2016
December 20, 2016
Congratulations are in order for Cap Maison’s Executive Chef Craig Jones for earning the distinction of Caribbean Hotel Chef of the Year from the Caribbean Journal as part of the publication’s 2016 Caribbean Travel Awards.
Jones has helmed Cap Maison’s culinary program since the resort’s inception, curating the menus for both The Naked Fisherman Beach Bar and Grill and The Cliff At Cap. To taste his food is to experience the skill of a Michelin-trained chef combined with the exotic flavors and Creole culture of Saint Lucia, all while in a casual, family-friendly dining environment.
Awards were selected by the Caribbean Journal’s editorial team of Caribbean travel experts, and we hope you come taste Chef Jones’ culinary delights for yourself very soon.

Excerpt from Caribbean Journal:
Craig Jones, Cap Maison, St. Lucia
Set at the far north of St. Lucia, Cap Maison remains a bit of an in-the-know spot for discerning luxury travelers, and that’s in large part to the efforts of Jones, who leads one of the Caribbean’s most scenic restaurants with a terrific mix of food that honors the best of global gastronomy with decidedly local attention.
